SHIPPING:

All orders will ship within 3-5 business days from the date of payment. All orders will be sent via USPS. We currently do not ship internationally at this time.

The rate charged for shipping of your order is based on the weight of our products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.

If the shipping address is different from the billing address, please be sure to note in the "ship to" area of the ordering process.

BACK ORDERS:

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

RETURNS:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You have 30 days to return your item from the date you received it. 

REFUNDS:

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit with in a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will total the cost of the item originally purchased less original shipping charges.
