Maya Collection was founded in 2009 with a goal to share the love of Jesus with refugee women while giving them a space to learn skills and generate income. We are a faith-based non-profit cooperative of gifted, refugee artisans who hand make a variety of products including purses, bags and jewelry while also being mentored, trained and empowered to become confident and filled with hope for their future.

Our staff and volunteers give countless hours to share God’s love with refugee women who struggle to learn English, find a community of hope and understand a new culture. Weekly meetings for women and teens include learning, crafting and building community. Our goal is to help our artisans know they are loved, they are valued and they are gifted by God.
